Policies

Respectful Environment

• All clients are expected to maintain respectful communication.
  
  

• Disrespectful or rude behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services and cancellation of scheduled sessions.
  
  

Payment

• Payment is required to secure your session(s).
  
  

• Payment is due upfront. 
  
  

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  
  

• Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.
  
  

No-Shows

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
  
  

• No-shows are non-refundable.
  
  

Refunds & Reimbursements

• Refunds will only be issued for prepaid sessions that the client cannot attend, provided the 24-hour cancellation policy is followed.
  
  

• No refunds will be given for completed or missed sessions.
