Respectful Environment
All clients are expected to maintain respectful communication.
Disrespectful or rude behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services and cancellation of scheduled sessions.
Payment
Payment is required to secure your session(s).
Payment is due upfront.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds & Reimbursements
Refunds will only be issued for prepaid sessions that the client cannot attend, provided the 24-hour cancellation policy is followed.
No refunds will be given for completed or missed sessions.
